MilokiFlow instructors hold black belts awarded personally by Rorion Gracie — son of Helio Gracie and the founder of the UFC. That direct lineage is rare, and it shapes everything about how we teach. Our approach puts self-defense first, technical fundamentals above all, and the growth of the whole person — not just the athlete — at the center of the curriculum.
